10 years ago I purchased my first home. Over the next 2 years myself and my roommate created a 500 square foot vegetable garden and corresponding community compost on our property. With these additions a light bulb went off and I realized that there was a better way to live, a way that was more environmentally friendly and sustainable. Over the next couple of years I helped friends and family begin composting and gardening.

In March of 2015 I went to a meeting organized by Transition Framingham called “Fresh Food for Framingham” where a group of 50 folks brainstormed ideas on how we could grow more food in our Town. Inspired by this meeting I co-founded the Framingham Garden Starters. Since then I have lead many other Environmentally and Sustainably focused groups in Framingham. See my resume for full details.
